How to Make Furry Wrist Cuffs
Furry wrist cuffs are quick and easy to make from scraps of fur you have left over. I like making them to match my boot covers. Cut out two strips of furry fabric about two inches wide and long enough to wrap around your closed fist. Cut two strips of spandex about four inches wide and the same length as the furry fabric.

Fold the spandex fabric in half. On the folded side measure in an inch on each side. Draw a line from the marking to the edge of the other side, cut on that line. You should have something similar to whats pictured below.

Pin the long side of the spandex to the strip of fur. Make sure you tuck any fur sticking out inside.

Sew along the edge. Your cuffs should look like the picture below so far.

Fold the cuffs over and pin them along the edge. Tuck in any fur sticking out.

Sew the cuffs together along the edge where the pins are. Thats it! You should have a finished cuff!

I usually have better luck with fabric stores. Independent stores usually have a better selection of alternative fabrics. Beverly’s and Joann’s usually have a couple color options for the fur.
